Brian J. Forsythe, Associate
A native of Fresno, California, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in history from University of California, Irvine. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California, then returned to Fresno drawn by his deep family connection to Central California.
Brian joined Dias Hall Inc. in 2019, and has since assisted in recovering millions in settlements and verdicts on behalf of our clients. While Brian’s practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, childhood sexual assault and wrongful death litigation, he also specializes in cases involving traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
A young and energetic attorney, Brian has proven himself to be competent and creative in practice and at trial.
